There are many companies manufacturing or importing tiny houses into Australia. While most of these are good, quality does vary and there have been recent reports of scams within the industry. It is always advised to check out the supplyer before making any major purchase.
One tiny house supplier, Spencer Porter, who owns G’day Steel and MytinyHomeKit, has been accused of scamming as he never supplied over 40 tiny homes which were paid for in advance by his customers. The total amount was over $1 million.
